Delivery

Delivery is by Royal mail or any other appropriate carrier and is included within our pricing structure which means the price you pay is all inclusive. Some of our Personalised Gifts are posted 2nd class but this just helps us to reduce the cost to you ... the customer.

We believe the delivery times we quote to be realistic and would expect you to contact us if you have not received the goods within expected delivery rather than wait the 28 days. We may experience the occasional delay but would rather you contact us to ensure no rare oversight has happened as we appreciate the value of receiving your gift on time.

Note to Overseas Visitors: Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that we are a UK only website but rather than decline Overseas orders we request you contact us to see if we can deliver your chosen gifts overseas. We will review our shipping options if there is a sufficient demand from outwith the UK.
